You can be arrested for indecent exposure or lewd behavior. Both Level 1 sex offenses (3 is Rape and shit). Theres also a citation for public urination which is just a ticket. I'm sure it depends on the situation and how many people/children/families are around when you're pissing. And how big your peacock is.
